Rolf Jacob Sartorius is an American child star from Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was moved to Reston, Virginia, where he grew up under adoptive parents. This is because his real parents couldn’t take care of him.

Jacob started gaining interest in music after performing in several musicals from age seven. This became the foundation of his early childhood career as a singer and major social media personality.
Career
Jacob first started his online career via the Vine app, where he posted a video with a message that condemned bullying. The video quickly went viral, leading to his sparked fame on social media.
He then joined Musical.ly, where he posted lip-syncing music videos that made him one of Vine’s top stars. His fan base soared to 8 million by August 2016.
He later started a self-named YouTube channel, Jacob Sartorius, which is currently managed by his mother. The channel has regular posts of his music videos that get thousands of views.
